Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer (RFO) – Feniton Parish Council
Feniton Parish Council is an active Council that seeks a highly motivated, enthusiastic person to take on the post of Clerk to the Council/Responsible Financial Officer.
This is a home-based permanent vacancy for between 10 – 15 hours a week (negotiable). Hours of work are flexible except for attendance at meetings, which are held on the second Monday of each month.
The salary is based on National Joint Council (NJC) pay scale and will be negotiable, reflecting qualifications and experience. A home allowance will be available.
The ideal candidate will be CILCA-qualified, with a working knowledge of Local Government procedures, excellent communication skills, a high level of IT expertise, and an ability to be flexible with regards to the needs of the job.
Duties include acting as an advisor to the Council, minute taking and compilation of correspondence, filing, administration of the Council’s website, and financial accounting.
