In line with our Service-Level Agreement, queries should be sent by either the Clerk or the Chair of the Council (or Chair of a committee where relevant), and advice given is intended for the council as a whole and not for individual use.
Where other council members use the service, our responses may be copied to the Clerk/Chair for information.
