The scheme is still being established and full details will be provided in due course. Eligible public authorities will be offered the opportunity to request one framed portrait once the scheme is opened. Those who are not eligible will be able to purchase a portrait once it is available.
The scheme will be delivered in stages to help manage the supply of portraits. Town and Parish Councils will be able to apply in the later stage of the scheme and will be notified when they are able to access the portrait scheme website.
